Two vehicles can be parked outside the property in the property's service lane - see one of the photographs with my car parked ouside.
There is a spare storage room with a small library of cookbooks, hoover etc, and a separate area for two bicycles, surfboards etc.
The boiler is permanently set to on 24/7. All you do is set the thermostat to your desired temperature.
The new Combi boiler ensures you never run out of hot water. The Combi delivers excellent water volumes for perfect showers/baths.
At the end of your tenancy, you are able to leave without a clean, as I will do this myself.
I only call upon request for repairs - always same day of request.
I call the day after the last person leaves at the end of each semestar to remove bin bags and service the property, so you do not have to worry about refuse and leaving dates.
