Fully renovated in 2022, this non-smoking/vaping house is available from September 2026 for Academic Year September 26 to June 27 - note we do not require a 12 month tenancy, we are happy to run from 1.9.26 to 30.6.27 - so no summer rent - its a 10 month contract and not 12 as many other landlords charge - we feel it is unfair to charge for the summer months when you are not using the house and so we use that time instead to maintain and keep the house in fantastic condition.
