The property is fully furnished and is central heated in the prime location of Brynmill. Videos of the house are available on request and all enquiries are welcomed.
The house is approximately a 10 min walk from the main Singleton University Campus and the Uplands area with its mix of shops & night life. There is a regular bus service to the Bay Campus from the Uplands and the rent is inclusive of bills. The house is in excellent condition and is updated and decorated regularly with a modern kitchen, a communal open plan lounge and the all the beds have double mattresses. Also the rear garden is enclosed with patio furniture and a bike store unit and stand. I am a local landlady and all issues are dealt directly with myself.
